Roger has a Master of Theology in Leadership and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. He lectures for University of the Nations courses inernationally and is available to lecture at other tertiary institutions, both online and in person. He focuses on Intercultural Studies, Worldview, and Biblical Studies.
